Your subscription starts when you get your “Welcome Email” confirming your subscription. This should arrive within 30 minutes of your online registration completion.  

You may not transfer or assign your subscription or any benefits, including promotion codes, e-Promo Card or discounts.

Canadian residents outside of Quebec: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation is only effective as at the end of the Subscription Term and the Subscription Fee is non-refundable.
For Quebec residents only: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will be submitted for processing the day you make the request and you may be entitled to a partial refund of the Subscription Fee based on the time left in the Subscription Term, less the value of any goods, services or e-Promo Card you have received under Triangle Select.

Canadian residents outside of Quebec and Alberta: Yes, you will be automatically renewed at the end of your membership cycle. If you would like to opt out of auto renewal, you can do so through your Triangle Select online dashboard.

For Alberta residents only: You will not be automatically renewed at the end of your membership cycle. If you would like to opt in to auto renewal, you can do so through your Triangle Select online dashboard.

For Quebec residents only: You will not be automatically renewed at the end of your membership cycle.

Nope! Signing up for Triangle Select will not give you a new Triangle Rewards account. However, when you use one of the bonus CT Money offers available exclusively to Triangle Select members any CT Money you earn will automatically be credited to your existing Triangle Rewards account

You will still be able to merge your Triangle Rewards account with any other Triangle Rewards account that does not also have a Triangle Select subscription associated with it. If both accounts have Triangle Select subscription you will not be able to merge your Triangle Rewards accounts

At the end of your  annual membership cycle, we’ll review your largest in-store purchases from Canadian Tire, Sport Chek, Mark’s, L’Équipeur and Party City. Your largest purchase will receive an additional 20x bonus CT Money. This bonus CT Money will be automatically added to your Triangle Rewards account and will be visible in your transaction history within 60 to 80 days of your membership cycle’s expiration. Not valid on ship-to-home, curbside or in-store pick up orders.

For the first five (5) ship-to-home transactions you make during your membership cycle, your shipping fee (not including applicable taxes) will be reimbursed in CT Money, up, to a maximum of $12 per transaction.

Reimbursement in CT Money will be automatically applied to your Triangle Rewards account once your order has shipped and will be visible in your transaction history as part of the CT Money earned on this transaction.

Note that bulk purchases and specific regions are excluded from this benefit:

• Bulk purchases are defined as any item over 66 lbs or 120-350" in any dimension.

• Any products that contain an eco fee (including both home and automotive electronic products) are restricted from shipping in Nunavut.

• P.O. Boxes and shipping that requires ferry service for delivery are excluded.
