Absolutely! When you are checking out at any of our stores the cashier can scan your Triangle Rewards™ barcode in the Triangle App so you can collect CT Money on your purchase.

Nothing! There is no cost for the app; it is available to download for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Data charges may apply from your mobile provider based on your rate plan.

The Triangle app lets you collect and redeem Canadian Tire Money® with your smartphone. It's an easy way to manage your Loyalty and Credit Card account all in one app. You can find your CT Money balance, recent transactions, personalized offers, Statement Balance and so much more. Remember, you can collect and redeem CT Money at Canadian Tire, Sport Chek, Mark's, L'Équipeur, Party City, Pro Hockey Life, Atmosphere, Sports Rousseau, Hockey Experts, L’Entrepôt du Hockey and participating Sports Experts locations across Canada as well as at select stores online at CanadianTire.ca. You will be advised if online redemption is possible for your selected store during checkout.

Yes! You can sign in to the Triangle App using your Triangle ID. It is the same credentials you would use to sign in on triangle.com or canadiantire.ca. If you have a credit card Online Account, you can sign in to app using the same username and password as you would on ctfs.com.

13 You must have a registered account with both Triangle Rewards and Petro-Points to link your accounts. Each time you use your linked Triangle Rewards or Petro-Points card (or any payment card previously linked with such accounts) on qualifying purchases at Petro-Canada and participating Gas+ locations, you will earn a bonus of twenty percent (20%) more Petro-Points than you would normally earn (excluding any other partner bonuses), in accordance with the Petro-Points terms and conditions available at petro-points.ca/terms

Each month during an equal payments plan you are required to pay in full by the due date that month’s equal payments plan instalment. Any unpaid portion not received by the due date will no longer form part of the equal payments plan and interest will accrue on that amount from the day after the date of your next statement at the applicable regular annual rate. Additional information for residents of Quebec only: The regular annual rate for persons applying for the Triangle Mastercard and the Triangle World Elite Mastercard is 21.99% for cash transactions and related fees and 21.99% for all other charges. Some applicants may receive a higher or lower regular annual rate depending on a credit evaluation. The minimum payment is the sum of (a) the greater of: (i) interest and fees shown on your statement + $10; or (ii) 5% of the New Balance, excluding amounts on special payment plans, (b) any balance over your credit limit, (c) any amounts past due not included in (b) above, and (d) the amount of any equal payments plan instalments then due. Balances under $10 are due in full. For accounts opened prior to June 13, 2019 the rate of 5% will start at 2% and increase by 0.5% each August 1st until it reaches 5%. For residents of Quebec, the period between the statement date and the due date for payment is 26 days. The billing period covered by each statement can be from 28-33 days. The Triangle Mastercard and the Triangle World Elite Mastercard do not have an annual fee. Annual Interest Rate(s):
If you reside outside of Quebec: All charges to your account (excluding cash transactions and related fees) — 21.99%.

Cash transactions (for example: cash advances, balance transfers, convenience cheques, money transfers, purchase of travellers cheques and gambling transactions) and related fees — 22.99%.

If you are not approved for a card at the above rates, Canadian Tire Bank may still issue you a card at the following annual interest rates: 25.99% for all charges (excluding cash transactions and related fees) and 27.99% for cash transactions and related fees.

If you are a resident of Quebec: All charges to your account (including cash transactions and related fees) — 21.99%.

Foreign Exchange Conversion: All transactions made in a foreign currency will be converted to Canadian currency at the then current Mastercard conversion rate plus 2.5% (for charges to your account) or minus 2.5% (for credits to your account) when the transaction is posted to your account.

Other Fees:

Cash Advance Fee: 3% of the amount of the transaction, up to a maximum of $10 - charged for cash withdrawals and other cash transactions (excluding balance transfers and convenience cheques) when the transaction is posted to your account.

Charges for Copies: $2 — Charged when you request a copy of a statement.

Credit Balance Fee: The lesser of $2 or the amount of your credit balance - Charged on the last day of a billing period when there is a credit balance on the account and the account has been inactive (other than any credit balance fees) for the previous 2 billing periods.

Accrual of Interest:

Interest accrues daily on each charge from the date of the transaction giving rise to the particular charge.

Renewal/Cancellation/Changes: The subscription runs for 1 year from the time we confirm registration. You can cancel anytime, but cancellation will only be effective at the end of the subscription term. No refunds provided. Quebec residents see below. We can make changes to the program or cancel Triangle Select at any time on 30 days notice. We can cancel your subscription immediately if certain events occur.

Your subscription will renew automatically unless: (i) you reside in Quebec; (ii) you reside in Alberta and you have not selected automatic renewal on enrollment; (iii) you have logged into your account on the Triangle Rewards web site and have switched-off automatic renewal before your current Subscription Term expires; or (iv) we are unable to process the payment for the Subscription Fee for the renewal Subscription Term.
